    "content": "I want to dissuade the sponsor of this Bill, and I want to encourage my colleagues in this House that this Bill kills devolution and takes power from counties to the national Government. If our job under Article 96 is to defend and protect the interests of counties and their governments, then this is a Bill that we must unanimously shoot down. Madam Temporary Speaker, I reject, and I shall oppose this amendment Bill."
