    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I thank the Assistant Minister for very good response. These projects were planned for the last Financial Year, 2008/2009. In response to when these projects will be implemented, he says they will be done in the next 12 months, this means any time between now and the end of the current financial year. Due to the current drought, the livelihood of the pastoralists of the northern Kenya is under threat. Our livestock are dying in large numbers due to lack of water and pasture. Could he tell this House when these projects will be implemented? I need actual dates. I also want to know whether the tenders have been awarded and geological surveys done."
