    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. As much as I appreciate what the Chair has read, it, unfortunately, ended prematurely. I was still waiting for him to make some clarification. We have also learnt that not all Members got an equal share of the NG-CDF money. Some constituencies have been given Ksh30 million while others got Ksh60 million. What was the criterion? We are all equal Members in this House. We all represent equal constituencies and, therefore, there is no reason why one constituency should receive Ksh60 million while I am getting Ksh30 million. It is quite unfair. This calls for the House to rise to the occasion. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
