    "content": "Please, do not take this matter lightly. It is your duty and not of the Speaker. It is the duty of the Committee. That is why we formed that Committee for it to be in place and to ensure that monies are disbursed together with the Majority Party leadership. However, you will find them defending the Executive when it has not released money and yet, other Ministries and State Departments are receiving allocations. I am aware of that. This matter should not be treated casually. We need money to go to the grassroots for the development of our country."
