    "content": " As I conclude, in addition to NG-CDF, the national Government and the Executive have refused to disburse the money for development expenditure which was passed in this House. There is no development going on in this country and yet, everyday members of the Executive are all over the country driving fuel guzzlers. The President is everywhere all over the country launching non-existent projects despite having passed a budget in this House. No development is happening across the country. It is a shame that we have such a Government running this country. This country should be shut down because the President is launching non-existent development projects all over. This is shameful."
