    "content": " Hon. Speaker, I would like to encourage Hon. Oundo because we agreed in the morning to follow your guidance on candour and banter. We will go with that to ensure debate flourishes in this Chamber and that both Members and the constituents can see that we are doing what they elected us to do. We promise that this side will not truncate debate. Hon.
