    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I want to conclude by saying that we should have friendly security reporting desks for women. Some women are raped and when they go to report, they are asked what kind of dress they were wearing, and what hour of the night they were raped. Those are irrelevant questions. It is about time that we allowed women to report those cases because that is making perpetrators to take advantage of them.
