    "content": "It is very unfortunate that so much has been said about the Affordable Housing Programme which is negative. The vision of the President is catering for the future. As I speak, our land in Kirinyaga County has become too small that subdividing it for future generations is no longer tenable. That is why as a House, we must support this Bill. We enact this legislation, so that we can be in line with the recommendations of the Judiciary and expedite delivering the plan to the people of this nation."
