    "content": "There is something on the matter of the levy because it is among the things Kenyans said ‘No’ to during public participation. You know public participation was actually stopped by a court of law. Somehow, one of the Committees of the House sneaked all over the place and carried out some arrangement of public participation. If you were to ask me, it was illegal. The reality is that Kenyans already denounced the levy. During public participation on the Finance Bill 2023, 90 per cent of Kenyans said ‘No’ to the levy. Now, let us talk about that levy."
