    "content": "First, what is the valuation? How will the houses be valued? We are aware that some of the affordable houses are more expensive than the commercial houses put up by developers. It is shocking considering the fact that the Government gives land for free and the money used is by taxpayers. How does an investor buy land, take a loan, build a house and charge less than what is being charged by this affordable housing scheme? It is unfortunate. This smells like a scam."
