The reasons that the Assistant Minister has given for the two strikes include among others, withdrawing ambulance, shuttle services and the code of dressing. Those are issues that the university administration would have discussed with the students leadership. What is the Ministry doing to ensure that communication and dialogue between university administrations and the students is encouraged, so that the universities do not degenerate into high schools? Those strikes occurred immediately after the students"
