    "content": "Hon. Temporary Speaker, they need to be honest. There are a lot of concerns regarding this particular Bill. The first which has been the bone of contention is the source of funds to implement affordable housing. The issue of the Housing Levy has been a bone of contention and the courts of law have pronounced themselves in respect to that matter. They are trying to cure the issues raised by the court of law by including Clause 4(2)(b) where they are looking for other incomes. We are misleading the nation and covering our heads in the sand."
