    "content": "Therefore, I stand with Kenyans to reject this Bill. The Member for Mombasa County, Hon. Zamzam, should go down in the annals of the history of this House as the most eloquent speaker on this matter. If you were not persuaded by her speech, you need to check yourself. There were certain aspects of this Bill which I wanted to support, but after Hon. Zamzam contributed, I now oppose the Bill in totality. Even my colleagues from the other side like Hon. Ichung’wah could not sustain a point of order against her speech. The House should resolve that Kenyans do not need this Bill. All of us need to oppose it because Kenyans should not support corruption by few elements in Government. I oppose the Bill."
