Even now, when we are starting new institutions, some of us politicians are insisting on the same policy. For instance, if there is a new institution in Kisiiland, the political leadership in that area would insist that a Kisii must be the principal. We have read that in the newspapers. In Narok, the politicians themselves are saying that the principal must be a Maasai. So, ni bure kabisa !"
