"content": "Hon. Temporary Speaker, looking at those people who are retiring in two or five years and have made contributions, after retiring, it means they will not be in a position to contribute. What will happen to their contributions? Will they be eligible to get a house or not? How shall we identify the beneficiaries; those who will be given the units? I am saying so because a Member stated that we should have a cluster or targeted persons maybe, those in the slums or living in abject poverty. This can be another way of ensuring that those given the units are the right beneficiaries.
