    "content": "So, even part of the tension you saw at Kenyatta University was because there are people from a different ethnic group who thought that the person who comes from this ethnic community should not be the Vice-Chancellor. That is a fact. I think the more openly we talk about these things, the better it is for this country. That is a problem across the board. So, why do we not even rotate these Vice-Chancellors, so that we have the one who is at Egerton University going to Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) and take whoever is at Kenyatta University to Maseno University? These are issues we should be discussing as Members of Parliament."
