    "content": "On a point of order, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker. The issue of Kenyatta University appears to be very emotive. It appears to involve a lot of other people outside the university fraternity. Would I be in order to request that this issue be referred to the Departmental Committee on Education, Research and Technology, so that it can deal with it adequately? This is because we are going round in circles without getting solution to the problem."
