    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.53(1) to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on Finance and Budget regarding expenditure of funds in Isiolo County. In the Statement, the Committee should- (1) Table the total budget allocation for the County Government of Isiolo for the financial years 2022/2023 and 2023/2024, including a breakdown of the various expenditure categories, salaries and wages, infrastructure projects, social services, administrative expenses and any other significant expenditures for both the Executive and County Assembly; (2) Provide details of any budget alterations, including over-expenditure or under- expenditure compared to the budget allocation during the said financial years and outline any supplementary budgets enacted by the County Government since 2022 to date, including the reason for their implementation; and finally,"
