(3) Engage with relevant stakeholders, including Government agencies, healthcare providers, law enforcement authorities and civil society organizations, to gather input and expertise on addressing identified gaps in the existing system of managing unclaimed bodies. (4) Recommend legislative proposals or policy recommendations, if any, aimed at establishing a national framework to address the identified gaps and challenges."
