We achieved concurrence on this and we thank our brothers from the other side for seeing the point. This is also at Paragraph 830 of the Report. We also proposed to reduce the Petroleum Development Levy by 50 percent from the current Kshs5. 40 to Kshs2.70 per litre but we were unable to convince our brothers and sisters."
