    "content": "On behalf of wananchi, we also tried to push zero rating of taxes on basic food, reverting turn over tax to rates in the Finance Act of 2022 and scraping the Housing levy. However, we were unable to do so. We also wanted to reinstate the 16 percent VAT on transfer of business as a growing concern. We were unable to achieve much on that too."
