They paid millions of shillings on Value Added Tax (VAT) to develop and establish their tea factory. We have seen a tea glut in Mombasa. I know the county where Sen. Onyonka comes from has tea glut. There is a lot of tea, but when you go to Mombasa because of direct sales and auction, it becomes a challenge."
