In the principle of the Salaries Remuneration Commission (SRC), governors earn over Kshs1million, but MCAs earn Kshs80,000. How can they oversight when they do not have that capacity? Therefore, we must give MCAs the necessary capacity, look at their welfare and the WDF. We should not be selfish. It is important that we give them support as well."
