    "content": "THAT, aware that the Government has granted leases for land in settlement schemes ranging from 99 to 999 years and freehold titles to others in the same localities; appreciating the need to harmonize land tenures in the same area; this House urges the Government to adopt a uniform land title policy and converts all the leases for agricultural settlement schemes to freehold titles to facilitate enhanced agricultural output."
