    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, in moving this Motion, I would like to say that land is the source of most of these problems in this country. During the colonial era, this country was a British Protectorate. It was declared British Protectorate on 15th June, 1895. In the process of wanting to acquire and possess land in this country, the rulers at that time enacted some Bills. There was the Crown Lands Ordinance of 1902 and the Crown Lands Ordinance of 1915. These pieces of legislations still haunt us today, 45 years of Independence."
