We know that the Kenya Kwanza (KK) Government is moving towards the construction in the Affordable Housing Programme (AHP). In the energy sector, looking at the figures that are proposed, one is left with the question of how we intend to power and electrify those units. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I think that more time is required to interrogate how we are going to ensure that the power we are supplying will be enough for the enhanced demand that will come with the new houses.
