    "content": "In the case that Hon. DK has just raised, somebody lost his or her life. It has been a year down the line and there is still no response to that death. The Executive, which is responsible for giving this explanation, is not taking this matter seriously. Parliament is the only place where they can be held accountable. Our mandate is very clear; legislation, oversight and representation. There is no other organ that can oversee the Executive. When we ask these Questions, it is not a favour they are doing by responding. It is a constitutional mandate that they are supposed to execute. We need to enforce it properly."
