"content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I want to laud the Women Representative for Kirinyaga County, Hon. Njeri, for bringing this very fundamental issue to the Floor of the House. We are discussing the loss of lives. This House should take this matter seriously because as you have alluded, Hon. Speaker, licensing and homicide are two different things. We call upon the Ministry of Interior and National Administration to give us a way forward on how they intend to deal with this menace."
