    "content": " Hon. Speaker, I rise on a point of order in accordance with Standing Order 95 read together with Standing Order 83. Would I be in order to call upon the Mover to reply? This matter has already been spent. In fact, many issues were discussed last time. What I wanted to discuss has also been discussed by another Member. So, I would be redundant. Therefore, it is important that the Mover be called upon to reply so that we can move to the most important debate that is disturbing Kenyans. We need to sort out this before baba is appointed Chairman for the African Union (AU)."
