    "content": "Dialogue Committee. I also take this opportunity to congratulate the Committee Members who sacrificed their time and came up with this Report that will guide us into a better nation. Hon. Temporary Speaker, they spent time to receive memorandums from different Kenyans. When the Leader of the Majority Party was moving the Motion, he said that 60 stakeholders appeared before the Committee. This shows that Kenyans have a lot of interest in this exercise that they fully participated in. He again told us that nine legislative proposals have been developed from their Report. It clearly shows that they gave this exercise a lot of attention and the legislative proposals will capture the needs of the country and guide us into a better nation."
