Senators, I wish to report to the Senate that pursuant to Standing Order No.46(3) and (4), I received the following Message from the Speaker of the National Assembly regarding the approval, by the National Assembly, of the Mediated Version of the County Governments Additional Allocations Bill (National Assembly Bill No.23 of 2023)- The Message, dated Wednesday, 21st February, 2024, was received on Thursday, 22nd February, 2024, in the Office of the Clerk of the Senate.
