    "content": "Additionally, the Bill provides for the amendment of Section 80 by prescribing the mandatory retirement age of 60 years in the Act as opposed to setting it in the Regulations. It also seeks the deletion of Section 80(2) providing for the exceptional circumstances where the commission or any other appointing authority can engage an officer upon retirement based on possessing rare skills and competence or wilfully via a contract."
