"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, many workers of the defunct EAC were from the Coast. Many of them are old people who have now retired. I am concerned about the Kshs488 million that is still remaining at the Treasury. There is a report that was circulated and it showed that over Kshs2 billion remains for retirees or people who need to claim money from the Treasury or the National Social Security Fund (NSSF), and are not able to access the money. What is the Assistant Minister doing, pro-actively, to get to those people, so that they can get that money, instead of keeping it at the Treasury?"
