Mr. Speaker, Sir, on the e-citizen’s way of paying school fees, there was a clip running around where a man took goats to a shopkeeper and told him to put those goats in the e-citizen, so that he could pay fees and that he would also bring firewood there. Some of these things are good, but some people cannot do them. We must also check how much such people are going to be catered for in the Government for them to live comfortably. I pray and beg that the taxes be reduced because Kenyans are suffering. Mr. Speaker, Sir, with those few remarks, I support this Report."
