    "content": "Hon. Speaker, the Committee is in the process of reviewing the 2024 Medium-Term Debt Management Strategy that was laid on the Floor of the House on 15th February 2024. The Committee is required to consider the Medium-Term Debt Management Strategy (MTDS) and table its report to the House for consideration within ten days of tabling the strategy. However, this time is insufficient given that the Committee is required to undertake extensive engagements with multiple stakeholders and public participation in order to guide the House appropriately."
