    "content": "The reason we did that is that there was already a case before the courts of law which had been filed by some faceless people. But, of course, the guess of the Members of this House is as good as mine. We, therefore, requested that for us to continue serving Kenyans in harmony and to support devolution, and they were very magnanimous, that case had to be withdrawn. The courts had already gone ahead and put an injunction that we do not continue planning for the 22 per cent and 10 per cent in the Financial Year 2024/2025."
