    "content": "The Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Finance and Planning should move an amendment, so that we isolate the three statutory deductions. We should make sure it is not after the SACCO deductions and all those others because Kenyans need disposable income for this economy to grow. In a situation where we squeeze all the disposable income, we will never grow this economy. You will never achieve what you want to achieve as a country. I am speaking as an expert in this area. I wish the Chair can move an amendment, so that we only deduct after these net deductions."
