Temporary Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, clause 5 of the Bill be amended— (a) by numbering the existing provision as “1”; and (b) by inserting the following new sub clause immediately after the renumbered sub clause (1)— (2) Without prejudice to the generality of section 6, any business or company which complies with the provisions of section 5 shall not be liable to pay the levy under section 4(2)(b)."
