Temporary Chairlady, I beg to move: That Clause 9 of the Bill be amended— (a) by numbering the existing provision as “1”; (b) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (ca) voluntary contributions made under section 38; (c) by inserting the following new sub clause immediately after the renumbered sub clause (1)— (2) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection 1(d) and (e), all of the proceeds of sale, rent, and interest shall be paid into the Fund. This amendment is providing for voluntary contribution to be paid into the fund, and that proceeds also from the sale and lease of houses that are built through this Affordable Housing Programme are paid back to the Fund so that it is made a revolving fund. Thank you."
