"content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairlady. I support this amendment in a big way. In Kericho County we have very old houses such that the teachers and nurses do not appreciate them. Not forgetting that the University of Kabianga is the main university that we have, but there are no houses even for the students. They live in rental houses and it causes a lot of problems. If we have this institutional housing, it will save us a lot of trouble in Kericho County."
