Temporary Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, clause 14 of the Bill be amended by deleting subclause (1) and substituting therefor the following new clause–– (1) A person qualifies to be appointed as the Chairperson of the Board if that person–– (a) holds a degree from a university recognised in Kenya.
