Temporary Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting clause 21 and substituting therefor the following new clause— 21(1) There shall be an administrator of the Fund who shall be competitively recruited and appointed by the National Housing Corporation, in consultation with the Cabinet Secretary, on such terms and conditions of service as shall be specified in the instrument of appointment or otherwise in writing from time to time. Hon. Temporary Chairlady, since we have already made conclusions on the other clauses touching on the National Housing Corporation, I drop the amendment."
