    "content": "THAT, Clause 31 be amended - (a) in subsection (1) by deleting the words “to the relevant agency in a manner specified by that agency” and substitute therefor the words “to the Board in the specified manner.” (b) in subsection (2) by- (i) deleting paragraph (a) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph (a) – (a) proof of requisite deposit as maybe prescribed by the Cabinet Secretary; (ii) inserting the words “or such other form of identification as may be prescribed by the Cabinet Secretary” immediately after the word “identity card” in paragraph (b); (iii) inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (b)- (ba) copy of incorporation certificate in the case of a body corporate; (c) in subsection (3) deleting the words “relevant agency” and substitute therefor the word “Board.”"
