    "content": "This is a consequential amendment arising out of deleting the definition ‘affordable market housing unit which might be sold at market rates.’ Also, this could be abused and frustrate the objective of the Bill and move away from the spirit of Article 43 of the Constitution. It is not the business of the Government to sell houses; it is the business of the Government to build infrastructure and facilitate stakeholders within the sector to sell or do activities around houses."
