    "content": " I beg to move: THAT, Clause 42 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (1) by deleting the word “Board” appearing immediately after the words “in consultation with the” and substituting therefor the word “Corporation”. This is because the National Housing Corporation should be the one administering the Fund owing to its unique and long experience. Further, this should be a cheaper way instead of establishing another board."
