Kilonzo will remember that the names of the members of the Truth, Justice and Reconciliation Commission (TJRC) were brought before this honourable House and approved by the same. I did not notice any kind of dissent. So, it is not the Prime Minister who chose Mr. Kiplagat. He was chosen by this august House."
