    "content": " Hon. Temporary Chairlady, I beg to move that new Clause 40A be now read a Second Time. This amendment is seeking to provide for the commensurate penalty for misappropriation of funds and assets of the Fund. Therefore, the Bill provides a penalty that is commensurate to the amount of money separated making it impossible or very punitive for anyone who may have intention of misappropriating these funds."
