    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Prime Minister’s responsibility is to co-ordinate and supervise functions of the Government including those of Ministries. In that capacity, the Prime Minister has the prerogative to delegate responsibilities to all Ministers. The Standing Orders have created the Prime Minister’s Time when the Prime Minister engages with the House. Sometime it is not Question Time. The Prime Minister has the discretion to delegate Questions which have been directed here to other Ministers to answer. I think it is unfair for the hon. Member to insist that the Prime Minister must personally answer these Questions."
