    "content": " Hon. Temporary Chairlady, the Hon. Member refers correctly to Section 31 of the Employment Act but the sections that are being repealed on this Schedule are Sections 31(b) and (c). They were both introduced in the Finance Act of 2023. This is a provision that requires 1.5 per cent Housing Levy employee and employer contribution. The Hon. Member should not be worried at all. We are not repealing Section 31; we are repealing Section 31(b) and (c) as a consequence now that the new Housing Levy is anchored in this Affordable Housing Bill."
