    "content": " We must get it clear that the first introduction of the Housing Levy was through an amendment to the Employment Act, where we introduced Section 31(b) and (c). Believe it or not, this was the subject of litigation in court. The court told us that we do not have a good framework that deals with the Housing Fund. Now, through the enactment of this Bill, the amendments in the Finance Act and the Employment Act will become obsolete. The Chairperson has proposed that we delete Section 31(b) and (c)."
